1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 70000bat (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 70000bat platform — including the website, mobile web application, game interfaces, sports betting markets, and any associated services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

70000bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the 70000bat platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English-language version and any translated or summarised version, the English text shall prevail.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms published on 70000bat, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform with respect to your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 70000bat, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not currently self-excluded from 70000bat or subject to any exclusion period imposed by the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of 70000bat or any of its affiliated technology or content providers.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited.

2.1 Age Verification

70000bat conducts age and identity verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance.

2.2 Underage Access

If 70000bat discovers at any time that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed without notice, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities. We encourage parents and guardians in Bangladesh to use device-level parental controls to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 70000bat. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 70000bat reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must promptly update that information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including incorrect name, date of birth, address, or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 70000bat username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 70000bat support immediately at support@70000bat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 70000bat will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt.
• All transactions and betting activity conducted using your correct login credentials will be deemed authorised by you, except in cases of demonstrated unauthorised access reported promptly to the Platform.

3.3 One Account Per Household / Device

Where multiple registrations are identified from the same household IP address, device fingerprint, or payment method, 70000bat reserves the right to investigate for potential bonus abuse or multi-accounting. Legitimate cases (e.g., two adults in the same household) must be disclosed to support proactively to avoid account restriction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 70000bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence applies to large single deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your 70000bat account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or bank accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 70000bat does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges, for which the Platform accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are held in your account balance and are available immediately for gameplay and betting. They do not accrue interest.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request submission for verified accounts. Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 5 business days pending identity verification completion.
• 70000bat reserves the right to request additional documentation (ID, proof of address, payment method verification) before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with our AML obligations.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• The Platform reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on accounts flagged for unusual betting patterns pending investigation.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

70000bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the point of offer.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of 70000bat and may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotional offer is available to one account per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through new accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account balance. Wagering requirements must be completed on bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable cash.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all 70000bat deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. This means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳20,000 in qualifying wager volume before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Free bets expire 7 days after issuance unless a different expiry is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired free bets are forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

70000bat employs automated and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim a single offer, exploiting technical errors or miscalculated odds, and coordinating with other players to abuse a promotional structure. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in permanent account termination, forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and recovery of any funds already withdrawn in connection with abusive activity.

5.3 Promotional Amendments

70000bat reserves the right to amend the terms of any active promotion — including altering wagering requirements, extending or shortening promotion windows, or withdrawing a promotion entirely — in response to technical errors, fraudulent activity, or changes in applicable regulations. Players who have already opted in to an affected promotion will be notified via their registered email address where practicable.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 70000bat, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms, all applicable laws, and the standards of fair play expected on the Platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity documents, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of payment fraud in connection with your 70000bat account.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 70000bat is committed to anti-money-laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence agents, or any automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform without human input in real time.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to share game information, exploit live dealer or poker game dynamics, or manipulate outcomes to the detriment of other players or the Platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings generated from known technical errors are void.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting 70000bat support. Unjustified chargebacks will result in account suspension and legal recovery action.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication directed at 70000bat support staff or other players via any channel.
• Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, graphics, or data from 70000bat without prior written authorisation.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by 70000bat

70000bat reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw. 70000bat will endeavour to notify the affected player of the reason for suspension via their registered email address as soon as practicably possible.

7.2 Closure by 70000bat

In cases where a breach is confirmed following investigation, 70000bat may permanently close the account. Upon closure due to a confirmed breach, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld for a period of up to 180 days pending resolution of any outstanding dispute, legal proceeding, or regulatory enquiry. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited in all cases of closure resulting from a Terms breach.

7.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 70000bat account at any time by contacting our support team at support@70000bat. Before your account is closed, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their normal terms, and any verified real-money balance remaining after settlement will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed voluntarily cannot be reopened without re-registering, subject to eligibility conditions at the time of re-registration.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During self-exclusion, your account is fully suspended, you will be removed from all marketing communications, and you will not be able to re-register for the specified period. 7.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 70000bat will notify the registered email address 30 days before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, which will be deducted from any available real-money balance. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be permanently closed without further notice.

8. Liability & Dispute Resolution

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 70000bat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical errors, service interruptions, network downtime, or force majeure events. The Platform's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of the player's real-money account balance at the time of the incident.

8.2 Service Interruptions

70000bat makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications disruptions in Bangladesh) may cause temporary unavailability. 70000bat will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly and to communicate planned downtime in advance where feasible.

8.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a verifiable game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that interrupts an active game round or bet, 70000bat will investigate the affected transaction using server-side logs. If a malfunction is confirmed, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. Winnings generated from a confirmed malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. The Platform's decision following malfunction investigation is final.

8.4 Dispute Resolution

• All disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus calculations, or account transactions must be submitted to 70000bat support in writing at support@70000bat within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.
• Upon receipt of a dispute, 70000bat will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute process, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer protection channels available in Bangladesh.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of operation of 70000bat. Any unresolved legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

8.5 Intellectual Property

All content on the 70000bat platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and design elements — is the proprietary property of 70000bat or its licensed game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution of Platform content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
